Ismael & Cristian worked very well as a team to replace our Gas Packaged HVAC system with great results. They were very responsive to our concerns, and removed the old system with care not to damage our landscaping. The new system was installed with equal care to many details, including setting/leveling the pad, hand-crafting a magnificent shroud, moving the gas line, replacing the Return grill, installing a new smart thermostat, and setting up & testing the furnace and A/C. All during the day-long installation, the work area was kept clean and debris not allowed to build up. We were kept apprised of the work progress, and at the end of the job, the operation of the new system was clearly explained, and we were asked if there were any concerns and if we were happy with the installation. We were delighted with our new HVAC, and highly recommend Comfort Master for new installations.

The team that did the installation and installed a totally new full duct system. They started promptly on Friday morning, did not leave until around 6:30 pm, showed me a couple of times along the way, the progress. Ismael and Cristian worked all day Saturday and did an amazing job. No mess was left. Left the area so clean it did not look like service people had been doing work. They were very well mannered, professional and even pointed out an issue with my electric fuse box, that could be a big problem.I recommend this company and these HVAC technicians without doubt!Mike is who I worked with on what to do about my dying air conditioner. He did not stop helping until he and I had an answer to my problem.
SO easy! We have been using Comfort Master for years. They are always courteous and always get to us as quickly as possible. Yesterday the tech arrived and due to my son not being 18 quite yet they were not able to enter our house. Which I think is a fantastic requirement for any business. Before I reached the house to meet the tech, he had already found the problem and fixed it. Always happy with their service and always happy with their friendliness!
