A word from Tommy & Fay

Our cold winter is by now a distant memory as we see nature wake up from its brief rest. However, the cold days caused most of us to adjust our thermostats and then we experienced the unpleasantness of a higher energy bill. The bad news is that you had to pay that high bill, but the good news is that if your system is getting close to replacement time you can consider investing your dollars towards an energy-efficient system and save money every month!

When one of you were experiencing significant health issues or had a loss of someone in your family, our team has been here to listen. Plan for a Worry-Free Summer

Except for a brief bit of snow and ice that is now a distant winter memory, we have been truly blessed with wonderful weather resulting in lower heating bills. The good news is that the mild temperatures give us time to prepare for the summer’s heat. Our service team is busy scheduling cooling maintenance visits for our Comfort Club members, and we would love to get your system tuned-up as well.

Customer Care – Not just words to us.

With the coming of fall, it is nice to take a deep breath after the intense heat of summer that taxed many air conditioners to their breaking point. Until a system failure is experienced on a hot humid summer day, we forget how much an air conditioner does to a make our days comfortable. Thank you for trusting us to have provided maintenance, service repairs or installing a new system for you.

Our lives are so hectic that it is difficult to take the time to reflect and process our choices so that we can make good decisions. In a recent daily meditation, these words hit home with me: "Busyness has stolen your focus. You have forgotten to breathe." In my rush to accomplish way more than is humanly possible, I find myself becoming inefficient—I forgot a step, got distracted with another task, made an error, and the list goes on.

So this summer, we at Comfort Master invite you to take a moment to just breathe and celebrate life and the opportunities to be in relationship with your family and friends. There is nothing better. This relationship transfers over into our team's desire to have a great relationship with each of our customers and to care for your comfort, safety and energy savings as we would care for our own family.
